Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Your order will be fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days from receiving the order. 
Shipping is Monday through Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Domestic Orders: 7-10 business days for delivery from order confirmation.

International Orders: 14 - 25 business days for delivery from order confirmation.

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer refuses to pay the applicable duties and the parcel is returned to us, the order will not be refunded.

We aim to meet these delivery times, but during busy periods (including sale season) deliveries may take a little longer. For major events, such as extreme weather conditions, may delay order delivery. Atelier By Saima cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier company.
