Eligibility for Exchange:
Online purchases are eligible for exchange only in cases of incorrect or faulty items. This includes receiving the wrong size, silhouette, or colour.

Exchange Process:

  • Once your request is approved, we will ask you to ship the item back to us.
  • Please ensure the item is returned with its original tags and packaging.
  • A replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.

Availability & Alternatives:

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • If the item is no longer in stock, we’ll issue a coupon code valid for 2 months, redeemable online.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are limited to size replacements only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy: All merchandise shipped in defected or faulty condition may be returned to us. A request for exchange or coupon code should be placed within 24 hours of receiving the order with proof of defect.
